This is the word that I heard in my spirit this morning as I prepared for the day.
"Don't spend what you don't have to buy what you don't need".
I guess that's a warning for me as well as for others. There is no value in keeping up with the Joneses, who are probably trying to keep up with the Ogunleyes or the Aniefioks.
Aspire to be all that God wants you to be. However, don't try to live another person's life...The grass is not always greener on the other side.

As I searched for a deeper meaning of this early morning word, I realised that another way to spend what you don't have to buy what you don't need is to spend time (a limited resource) to buy distractions (which you don't need). Make each moment count. Don't spend your time idling away...Invest the time you have today for a better tomorrow.
Have a blessed and productive day.
