I'm wondering when the '4' in '419' fell out and it
became '19'. I think it's a way to minimize the "evilness" of the
crime.
A young lady meets a man who defrauds people and instead
of calling a spade what it is, '419' (from section 4, paragraph 19 of whatever
code it is that makes fraud a crime) becomes '19'.
People, even if you remove the '1' and leave only '9', it
remains a crime...There are legitimate means of making money online these days.
As we trust God to better our lot, it should not come from making others cry.
Please, if you're caught in that web, come out. Accept
Jesus as your Lord and saviour (See the comments for the prayer of salvation).
